Douglas Pleus, CPA, is a Director at Purk & Associates, PC. In his role, Doug focuses primarily on taxation for small business services and individual tax and consulting services. He specializes in structure and transaction planning and forecasting, provides consulting to minimize tax, prepares complex tax returns and works with agents on both federal & state level to resolve various tax matters for clients. Doug also works with flow through entities and closely held corporations to plan optimal treatment of contributions, distributions and terminations for small and medium sized businesses.
In his spare time, Doug coaches various youth athletic activities.
